We were in one of the largest temples in Mandalay, a city that is considered the center of Burmese culture. We randomly ran into a temple ceremony, where everyone dressed up at their color most fashion. It was such a scene - but by the time we left, we still hadn't quite figured out who was the "leading character" for the ceremony.
