Day 53 – Sioux Falls In Sunset
I had a small stopover at Sioux Falls yesterday evening, exactly at the sunset time. I took this shot from the main bridge facing the falls. ISO100, 35mm, f/18, 2.5 sec. See below tip how I manage to be in the right place at the right time to maximize the quality of my image.
In order to take this image right, I went there during the day but found the light wasn’t right - it was way too sunny and bright. I walked around the fall to figure out where I could possibly get a good shot. I went back again in the evening, a couple of minutes right before sunset. I’m lucky that this came out nicely.
